Abstract
The article presents establishment and application of guarantee platform for water information system operation and maintenance, makes an analysis of key points for construction of management system for water operation and maintenance based on characteristics during establishment of the platform, offers a viewpoint of enhancing integration of technology and management with consideration on existing management maturity, elaborates the primary purpose of the system is standardization management, making service system more standard, hoping that the article can provide some guidance for construction of the similar system.关键词
