摘要

Abstract

Objective To prepare PEEK/HA composite materials and,study MG-63 cells Proliferation effect of the composite materials at different periods and under different concentrations and Determine MG-63 cell adhesion rate of the material.Method Based on the polycondensation of polyether-ether-ketone,adding 10%,20% hydroxyapatite blending into PEEK,to prepare biological composite materials.Using Inverted fluorescence microscope to observe cell morphology MTT method was used to study the cell proliferation in various conditions.Results The materials cytotoxicity level at 0 or Ⅰ,which indicates that PEEK/HA composites are non-toxic to MG-63 cells.In a concentration of 8 mg/ml,the material has an obvious role in cell proliferation.In a concentration of 64 mg/ml concentration,the effect of PEEK composites on cell proliferation is minimum.Cell adhesion rate increases with an increase of HA content in PEEK/HA material,HA can improve cell adhesion to the materials.Conclusion PEEK/HA composites have no obvious toxicity to MG-63 cells.
