银屑病病人特质应对方式、社会支持与抑郁的相关性研究
Study on correlation among trait coping style ,social support and depression status of psoriasis patients

Abstract
Objective:To know about the depression status of patients with psoriasis and analyze the relationship among depression,trait coping style and social support of psoriasis patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with psoriasis were surveyed with General Information Questionnaire,SDS,TCSQ and SSRS.Results:The SDS score was (59.44±10.94),which was significantly higher than the norm,and depression in psoriasis patients was positive correlated with negative coping (P＜0.05)and negative correlated with positive coping,total score of social support,subjective support and support utilization degree(P＜0.05).Stepwise regression analysis for influencing factors of depression showed that negative coping and support utilization degree were the most important predictors of depression,both could explain 43.5％ of the variance,Conclusion:psoriasis patients have more severe depression,coping style and social support are the important influencing factors,medicalworkers should strengthen health education of coping style for psoriasis patients,at the same time mobilize effective sources of social support to help psoriasis patients to overcome depressive mental disorder.关键词
