Abstract
Objective:To investigate the pain,self-efficacy,dysfunction and quality of life conditions of patients with chronic low back pain,and their mutual relations.Methods:NRS pain digital assessment scale,Chinese version of pain self-efficacy scale,Oswestry dysfunction index questionnaire and SF-36 life quality scale were used to survey 94 cases of chronic low back pain patients.Results:Pain score of chronic low back pain patients was (4.13± 1.54),pain self-efficacy score was (39.09±9.31),ODI was (17.26±6.55),and all dimensions of quality of life were lower than norm.Oswestry disability index was positively correlated with the intensity of pain,and negatively correlated with pain self-efficacy,pain self-efficacy was positively correlated with quality of life of chronic low back pain patients.Conclusion:Overall quality of life of patients with chronic low back pain is poor,and interaction among pain,pain self-efficacy,low back pain dysfunction and quality of life is varying.Nurses should guide the nursing staff for implementation of targeted interventions,so as to improve patients' quality of life.关键词
