茶水与康复新液用于人工气道病人口腔护理干预效果分析
Analysis on intervention effectiveness of tea and Kangfuxin fluid used for oral care of patients with artificial airway

Abstract
Objective:To compare intervention effect of tea and Kangfuxin solution used for oral care of patients with artificial airway.Methods:A total of 300 cases of patients with artificial airway who were in ICU in our hospital from Nov.2010 to November in 2012 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to number of beds,150 cases in each.Observation group patients received oral care by using Green Bird Cards of Huamaofeng 5g producted by Chuan Xing tea factory soaked in hot water 150mL; control group patients used Kangfuxin solution for oral care.Results:In observation group,nine cases had halitosis,nine cases with oral bacterial culture,two cases with oral infections,VAP occurred in seven cases,p H value was 6.70 ～ 7.46; In control group,halitosis occurred in 31 cases,8 cases with oral bacterial culture,3 cases with oral infection,VAP occurred in six cases,pH value was 6.60～7.50;There was statistically significant difference in halitosis incidence between both groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Tea for oral care has effects for preventing halitosis and oral infections and reducing the incidence of VAP,and patients taste comfort,its price is significantly better than that of Kangfuxin solution.关键词
