532例不孕症行子宫输卵管碘油造影的临床应用评价

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical aplpication of hysterosalpingography (HSG) in infertile women.Methods:The clinical records of 532 infertile women received HSG in Dazhou Municipality Reproduction Hospital from Jan 2009 to May 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.The rates of uterus cavity adhesion and Fallopian tubal blockage were compared between 20 to 30 years old and ≥31 years old groups.The adverse reactions were observed in and after procedure for HSG.The pregnancy results were observed in part cases.Results:①)There were 109 cases with abnormal uterus cavity (20.5％).The rate of uterus cavity adhesion were significantly higher in ≥ 31 years old group (24.5％) than that in 20 to 30 years old group (14.5％) (P ＜ 0.01).There were 196 cases with fallopian tubal blockage (36.8％).The rate of fallopian tubal blockage were significantly higher in ≥ 31 years old group (62.9％) than that in 20 to 30 years old group (17.2％)(P ＜0.01).②All cases had feeling of different degree bearable pain and 4 cases had cough and palpitation in the procedures of HSG.All cases had no heavy bleeding,infection,fallopian tubal rupture,allergic shock in and after the procedures.③94 cases were followed up for 1 year,17 cases got spontaneous gestations(18.1％).Conclusions:HSG with rare adverse reactions can show shape of uterus cavity clearly,fallopian tubal patency or position of blockage.HSG is valuable for clinical application,therefore it should be firstly performed in infertile women with ≥31 years old to provide help for next diagnosis and treatment.关键词
