摘要

Abstract

A Ni-Mo/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by kneading and impregnation,and characterized by means of XRD,BET and TEM.Its activity in the hydrodeoxygenation of cotton oil dissolved in octane was evaluated in a fixed bed microreactor.The second generation biodiesel mostly contained C15-18 linear paraffins was obtained in the reactions through hydrogenation saturation,hydrodeoxygenation and hydrogenation decarburization.The effects of the reaction conditions such as LHSV,temperature and pressure on the reactions were investigated.Under the optimal conditions of reaction pressure 4 MPa,reaction temperature 360℃ and LHSV 1.00h-1,the biodiesel yield and the deoxidation rate reached 80.3% and 99.2%,respectively.
