Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the high-temperature operation on workers'cardiovascular system clood glucose and Uric acid,and to provide scientific material for the prevention and control of high-temperature operation-associated diseases.Methods This study was performed in an iron and steel enterprises in Guangzhou.Two hundred and twenty randomly selected workers exposed to high-temperature condition were enrolled in the high-temperature group.While another 213 workers with similar labor intensity under non-high-temperature condition were enrolled in the control group.Collect the personal information of all subjects.The data of the blood pressure,ECG,blood glucose and uric acid of the worker in the two groups was collected.Results The detection rate of abnormal ECG index in the high-temperature group was significantly higher than that in the control group (40.6% vs 21.60%,P < 0.01).No difference was found in the hypertension prevalence between these two groups (5.16% vs 5.00%).Hyperglycemia prevalence in the high-temperature group was higher than that in the control group (17.27% vs 3.76%,P < 0.001).The hyperurieemia prevalence in the high-temperature group was significantly higher than that in the control group (33.18% vs 16.9%,P < 0.001).Conclusion High-temperature operation affected peoples' cardiovascular system.To detect the blood pressure and ECG regularly,to identify health problems and to change job early will help to protect the health of workers exposed to high-temperature condition.High-temperature operation may be one of the risk factors for hyperglycemia,hyperuricemia.关键词
