Abstract
Keywords-based OLAP interaction can greatly reduce the complexity of multidimensional analysis.Business data warehouse often contains multiple topics,involving multiple dimensions and organized into different levels,this paper proposed a novel framework for OLAP exploring with keywords in case of one or more data cubes.Firstly,a basic framework was given to build OLAP queries based on keywords,Key Graph algorithm was also given to solve the problems of connecting multiple query results for al keywords.In this method,the data warehouse schema on topics and dimensions was used to build the index;a ful-text query was executed with keywords entered by the user,the matched document was arranged by each keyword,after joining those groups to key graph,results were ranked and presented to the user. Algorithms of pruning were used to solve the low performance problem under the conditions of multi-cubes.Experiments were conducted on the FoodMart and AdventureWorks provided by Microsoft SQL Server to confirm how these factors influenced the hitting rate,and the results indicated that,the proposed method was novel and practical.关键词
