摘要

Abstract

  With the development of radar technology,bistatic (multiple) base network has become the mainstream of developmental direction. Compared to monostatic base, bistatic (multiple) base has the advantage that monostatic does not have in the aspect of anti-attack. Moreover, bistatic (multiple) base is favorably endowed with advantage in resisting electronic jamming. As the unique attribute of sea surface, first-order sea clutter plays an important role both in inversing marine parameters and in detecting moving targets at the sea surface.
