聚吡咯/腈氯纶复合纳米纤维的制备及其导电性能
Fabrication and conductive properties of polypyrrole/AN-VDC copolymer composite nanofibers

Abstract
Polypyrrole (PPy) is synthesized by chemical oxidation method in the presence of toluene sulfonate (TSNa),dodecyl sulfonic acid sodium salt (DSNa),dodecyl-benzene sulfonic acid sodium salt (DBSNa) and di-(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate sodium salt (DEHS),and then PPy is mixed with AN-VDC copolymer [P (AN-coVDC)] solution.PPy/P (AN-co-VDC) composite nanofibers are prepared via electrospinning.The thermal stability and conductivity properties are investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM),thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA) and four-probe tester.The results show that dopants have a great influence on morphology,thermal stability and conductivity properties of PPy.The thermal stability of composite nanofibers is much higher than PPy powders and P(AN-co-VDC) nanofibers with the same dopant.The conductivity of DEHS doped PPy/P (AN-coVDC) nanofibers is the maximum among all nanofibers,which reaches to (20.91 ±4.60) S/cm.关键词
