Chemical Constituents of Gynostemma pentaphyllum
摘要
Abstract
Eight compounds were isolated from the aerial part of Gynostemma pentaphyllum(Thunb) Makino using various chromatographic separation methods.On the basis of spectral analysis and comparison with the relative literatures,their structures were identified respectively as 24-ethyl-5α-cholesta-7,22 (E)-dien-3-one (1),24-ethyl-5α-cholesta-7,22 (E)-dien-3-3β-ol (2),ombuin (3),isorhamnetin (4),quercetin (5),lutein (6),vomifoliol (7),palmitic acid (8).Among them,compounds 1,2,6,7 and 8 were isolated from the genus of Gynostemma for the first time,and compound 7 was isolated from the family of Cucurbitaceae for the first time.关键词
