摘要

Abstract

Curcumin is an active ingredient extracting from the Curcuma longa L.plant,which is often used as natural pigment,additive of food and cosmetic,and used as anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-oxidant and other pharmacological effects.However,curcumin is in-dissolvable,which restricts its clinic application to a large extent.How to improve the solubility of curcumin is hot spot in research area in recent years.In this paper,the author summarized the solubilization studies which have reported in recent years,including the process of curcumin extraction and preparation,to provide reference for the development and utilization of curcumin.
