施用生物炭和零价铁粉对土壤中镉形态变化的影响
Effects of Applying Biochar and Zero Valent Iron on the Changes of Cadmium Forms in Soil

Abstract
A pot experiment was carried out to study on the changes of cadmium(Cd) forms in Cd contaminated soil by using biochar(BC) and zero valent iron(Fe0).The results showed that the forms of Cd were changed extremely by using BC and Fe0 alone or combined.The effect of combined BC and Fe0 was better than that of using them alone.Using BC alone decreased significantly the content of exchangeable Cd and enhanced the formation of carbonate-bound Cd,organic-bound Cd and residual form of Cd.And the enhanced effect of iron and manganese-bound Cd of soil was found in the treatment with Fe0.Activity index of Cd decreased from 4.36 to 0.97.The percentage of exchangeable Cd decreased from 81.04% to 49.16%,but the carbonatebound Cd,manganese-bound Cd,organic-bound Cd and residual form of Cd increased from 9.44% to 17.93%,2.95% to 10.88%,2.66% to 11.33% and 3.91% to 14.42%,respectively.The optimal treatment was found in the I3B2,which contained 0.045 g/kg iron and 3.0 g/kg biochar.关键词
