开花后水分胁迫对冬小麦旗叶光合作用和保护酶活性的影响
Effects of Water Stress After Anthesis on Photosynthesis and Protective Enzyme Activity in Flag Leaf of Winter Wheat

Abstract
In order to understand the influences of drought on light energy utilization and dissipation mechanism of winter wheat,effects of water stress after anthesis on photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,the activity of protective enzymes and the enzymes in the assimilation and reduction process of photosynthesis in flag leaf of winter wheat were investigated in this paper.Results showed that water stress increased the content of soluble sugar and malondialdehyde in flag leaf,and improved the capacity of osmoregulation and antioxidant.Photosynthetic and transpiration rates of flag leaf under middle water stress were similar to that under full water supply,but the photosynthetic and transpiration rates under severe water stress decreased significantly.Moderate water stress could induce the increase of the protective enzyme activities in flag leaf,so as to mitigate the effects of drought stress.Moderate water stress could increase the electron capture efficiency of the PS Ⅱ reaction center and enhance the photorespiration,so as to protect the photosynthetic apparatus.Water stress enhanced the sucrose synthesis capacity during the early grain filling period,led to the intensification of flag leaf senescence during the mid-to late period of grain filling and decreased the sucrose synthesis capacity significantly.Water stress reduced the RuBP activity in the flag leaf of winter wheat.The RuBP activity did not limit photosynthesis until drought was very severe.关键词
