摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the impact of Bacillus megaterium,Bacillus mucilaginosus and the mixture of both bacteria on soil DTPA extractable Cd,short-term and long-term incubation experiments were carried out.The results on short-term test showed that soil Cd was activated after adding Bacillus megaterium to soil,soil DTPA extractable Cd increased by 3.8% ~24.4% under different Cd pollution levels.Under 50 mg/kg CdCO3 level,soil Cd achieved maximum activation effect which adding 2 ml Bacillus megaterium to soil,but both Bacillus mucilaginosus and the mixture bacteria had no significant impact on soil Cd or even passivation.Results on long-term test showed that Bacillus megaterium also activated soil Cd under the original Cd polluted level,the soil DTPA extractable Cd increased by 44.0% and 28.9% respectively compared with the control after adding 10 ml and 20 ml Bacillus megaterium to soil,while both Bacillus mucilaginosus and the mixture bacteria had no significant impact on soil Cd or even passivation,which was similar to those obtained in short-term test.
