摘要

Abstract

The location and quantity of gate of an injection moulding mold can influence the plastic parts in band deformation,surface quality,air bubble and the location,quantity and strength of weld line.This paper takes the advantage of the software Moldflow to simulate the filling process and runs an optimum analysis on the gate of the mould designed for moulding some hopper pedestal.A precision mould was designed and made.Better products were obtained.By using the CAE method,the times of mold-testing and mold-modifying were reduced.The cost was reduced and the development cycle of a new product was shortened.
