物联网关键技术在食品溯源中的研究与应用

摘要
Abstract
The key technologies of internet of things (IOT), such as RFID, ZigBee, and web server, are proposed to be applied in the food traceability. RFID technology can generate unique ID used to identify the food production object; ZigBee wireless network sensors can transmit the temperature, humidity, pressure, ID and other necessary parameters during the production process to the embedded gateway where SQLite database is established. The web server function is achieved in the gateway. The food safety managerial personnel and consumer can monitor and obtain the information including food production, process and storage at any place and at any time as long as they type the IP address in the browser. The research and application results show that the key technologies of IOT applied in the food traceability can improve personnel’s working efficiency, and help to find out the illegal process, and ensure the food safety and reliability.关键词
