摘要

Abstract

  A low power oscillator circuit with simple structure is presented in this paper, which is made up of RC charge and discharge circuit and Bias circuit. Compared with traditional oscillator circuit, this low power oscillator circuit has the advantages of high-accuracy, simple circuit structure and adjustable duty cycle. The circuit is simulated with Cadence Spectre by using of 0.35μm BCD technology. The simulation results show that this circuit has high start-up speed and stable output waveform under 5V supply, and the average power dissipation is only 0.29mW.
