Abstract
Currently, engineering corporations features lots of projects, limit contract term, strict requirements and unexpected changes, etc.The conventional project management means cannot satisfy requirements of the engineering corporations on lots of projects and delica-cy management.Therefore, informationization becomes the effective means of the corporations to realize the delicacy management of lots of projects.In combination with practice of informationization construction of the corporation, design and development principles, main con-tents and application achievements of the engineering project management system of the corporation are introduced in this paper.This pro-vides other engineering corporations for development of engineering project management system with reference.关键词
