RP-HPLC法测定多花柽柳中没食子酸含量
Determination of Gallic acid in Tamarix hohenackeri Bunge by HPLC

Abstract
[Objective] The purpose of this study was to establish a method for determining the Gallic acid in Tamarix hohenackeri Bunge.[Method]The assay was performed on a Waters XTerra RP C18(250 ×4.6 mm,5 μm) column by a isocratic elution program with acetonitrile-0.5% acetic acid as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and the column temperature was 25℃.[Result]The linear ranges of gallic acid was 0.139-1.390 μg,and the average recoveries (n =6) were 100.59% (RSD =1.25 %).[Conclusion] This method is sample,accurate highly sensitive and reproducible.It could be effective in measuring the content of gallic acid in Tamarix hohenackeri Bunge,provides theoretical basis and methods for the quality control of Tamarix chinensis medicinal materials.关键词
