Simulation of Brain and Skull Magnetic Resonance Imaging
摘要
Abstract
Objective To perform simulated MRI with multi-parameters and special sequence.Methods For given brain and skull tissue with special pulse sequence,the relaxation process was solved based on Bloch equation.Mocking the way MRI equipment worked,the signal data was mapped to k-space,and then the ultimate weighted images could be reconstructed.Results Simulated results conformed to the weighted images gotten in clinical operation.Sophisticated technologies such as partial k-space and fast spin echo sequence reconstruction could also be simulated in similar way.Conclusion The method above can simulate MRI process,and thus can be used for auxiliary teaching of medical imaging physics and also for data preparation of reconstruction algorithm,quality assurance,image post-processing and etc.关键词
