Abstract
Objective To improve the information-based management of institute researches,to strengthen the quality control (QC) and to enhance the efficiency of the management by establishing Network-based research management system of examination and appraisement(NRMSEA).Methods NRMSEA was designed upon Windows-based Smart 9000 and aimed at the requirements of institute's QC system.The system worked with interactive mode and covered all phases of research,including setting-up,scheme,staged management and sum-up.NRMSEA also afforded database library service and application tools to users.Results NRMSEA enabled research managements of basic information,evaluations,examination and approvals,and file transformation over network.Conclusion NRMSEA matches such requirements of QC as applicability,safety,maintainability and expendability.It enhances the management level and improves the efficiency of the evaluations of research,then the efficiency of QC,and promotes the informatization of the researches in institute.关键词
