脉冲双极系统与传统高频电刀比较有效性的系统评价分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To review and critically assess the comparative effectiveness of pulsed bipolar system and the traditional high-frequency electrotome.Methods Literature retrieval was performed with the key words of pulsed bipolar and Kleppinger bipolar forceps or monopolar Scissorsor or Richard Wolf or Vernon Hills.QUADAS was used to screen the detected literatures,then full-text analyses were carried out for the selected literatures.Reaults There were 3 literatures according with QUADAS,in which 180 cases were involved,including 90 ones with pulsed bipolar system and 90 ones with the traditional high-frequency electrotome.It's proved that pulsed bipolar system functioned better than the traditional high-frequency electrotome in operation time and blood loss.Conclusion Pulsed bipolar system is gifted with the advantages of short operation time and low blood loss.关键词
