摘要
Abstract
Cancer,one of the malignant diseases which are high mortality rate and very difficult to cure,is a serious threat to human survival and health.And morbidity of the lung cancer is highest in cancer.Therefore,cancer prevention is an effective way to cope with the disease on the current.SNPs presented widely in the human genome and can be used as effective genetic markers to detect cancer susceptibility gene.High-risk groups of cancer were measured by detecting SNP differences between case and control population.This method will play a role in cancer prevention.关键词
