两种水生植物对抗生素污染水体的修复作用
The Preliminary Exploration of Remediation the Antibiotics Polluted Water by Two Hydrophytes

Abstract
Hydroponics was used to detect the change of ampicillin, tetracycline, oxytetracycline, and chlortetracycline concentrations in water, to make sure that the elimination effect of Pistia stratiote and Eichhornia crassipes on the antibiotics in the polluted water. The results showed that①in the high concentration series(10~50 µg/mL), the elimination effects of E. crassipes on oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline are better than those of P. stratiote; ②for gathered sewage (antibiotics concentrations<2.5 µg/mL), after training 72 hours, the removal rate for P. stratiote and E. crassipes to tetracycline reached above 80% and 90% respectively, to ampicillin, reached above 80% and 70% respectively. To sum up, the P. stratiote and E. crassipes can repair different level of the water polluted by this four antibiotics, especially E. crassipes. E. crassipes can be supposed to the preferred plant to remove the antibiotics in the polluted water.关键词
