胡萝卜花药发育的组织化学研究
Histochemical Observation of Polysaccharides and Lipids on the Developing Anthers of Carrot
摘要
Abstract
With pollen development, a big vacuole appeared in the pollen and the starch grains in endothecium and tapetum disappeared. Then the big vacuole decomposed and some starch grains appeared in pollen. Tapetal cells degenerated with pollen development. Some lipid material accumulated in tapetal cells and the lipid material in pollen grains also increased. The most store material in mature pollen is lipid and small part of starches. The process of nutrition material accumulated in pollen with special time and part is also a developmental feature.关键词
