台湾金线莲增殖培养正交试验设计
Orthogonal Design on Proliferation Culture of Anoectochilus formosanus
摘要
Abstract
The optimization of culture medium for adventitious buds proliferation of Anoectochilus formosanus were studied by orthogonal design L9(34), using the stems of test-tube seedling as explants. The results showed that the basic medium, 6-BA, NAA, sucrose had very significant effect on adventitious bud proliferation culture. The effect for proliferation culture was in the order of sucrose>the basic medium>6-BA>NAA, the optimizing medium for proliferation culture was 1/2MS + 6-BA 3.0 mg/L + NAA 0.6 mg/L + sucrose 10 g/L.关键词
