水生动物中分离的副溶血性弧菌菌株分子分型研究
Molecular Subtyping Studies of Vibrio parahaemolyticus Isolated from Aquatic Animals

Abstract
59 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from aquatic animals were subtyped by ribotyping(RT),pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)and multilocus sequence typing(MLST). 59 strains were divided into 9 clusters including 43 ribotypes with discriminatory index 0.9754,13 clusters including 51 PFGE types with discriminatory index 0.9988,and 53 ST types by MLST including 107 new alleles and 46 new ST types with discriminatory index 0.9982. PFGE and MLST had higher discriminatory ability than RT. The results appeared that Vibrio parahaemolyticus had the highly rate of gene mutation.关键词
