Abstract
To develop a method for simultaneous detection of sixβ-agonists(Phenylethanolamine A,Ractopamine,Clenbuterol, Cimaterol,Terbutaline,Salbutamol)in pig urine using UPLC-MS/MS under MRM mode. The sample was hydrolyzed by enzyme,adjusted to be acidic,and then purified and enriched by SPE. The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 0.2~5 ng/mL with a good correlation coefficient. The method has a lower limit of detection of 0.2 ng/mL and quantitation of 0.5 ng/mL. Average recoveries for sixβ-agonists at the spiking levels of 0.5ng/mL,1 ng/mL,2 ng/mL ranged 87.2%~106.6%with relative standard deviations 1.2%~13.8%. The method had good precision,high sensitivity,and good reproducibility,could be used for the fast,sensitive,and accurate determination of the six agonists in pig urine.关键词
