Abstract
Tetracycline is a kind of broad-spectrum antibiotic. It has a good bactericidal effect which often used as a feed additive in animal husbandry and aquaculture. The common tetracyclines are Oxytetracycline,Chlortetracycline,and Tetracycline. In recent years, some lawless persons abuse these kinds of drugs for economic benefit resulting in large residual of oxytetracycline,chlortetracycline, tetracycline in animal foods,which impact on public health seriously. The detection methods of oxytetracycline,Chlortetracycline,and Tetracycline in animal foods are mainly high performance liquid chromatography,capillary electrophoresis method,immunology and microbiology methods,and the high performance liquid chromatography is the most widely used.关键词
