Abstract
Three swine foot and mouth disease type O antibody detection kit were used to detect the antibody of the inoculated swine foot and mouth disease type O synthetic peptide vaccine and the swine foot and mouth disease type O inactivated vaccine,and to explore the correlation of the three antibody detection kit..The results showed that the VP1-ELISA kit and LB-ELISA kit can detect swine foot and mouth disease type O synthetic peptide vaccine,two kits of correlation of 90.8%,but IHA kits can not be used to detect it;LB-ELISA kit and IHA kits can be used to detect swine foot and mouth disease type O inactivated vaccine,the correlation of the two kits of up to 93.7%,but VP1-ELISA kit can not be used to detect it..关键词
