Detection and Analysis of Porcine Circovirus 2 and Classical Swine Fever Virus Antibodies
摘要
Abstract
Objective To monitor the antibody level of porcine circovirus 2(PCV2)and classical swine fever virus(CSFV)in Linfen. Method 186 swine serum samples were collected separately from the enterprises,retails,large-scale farmers,and tested for the antibody level with ELISA. Results The average positive rate of PCV2 was 83.33%,while that of CSFV was 54.83%. Conclusion The infection of PCV2 was serious;the immune antibody level of CSFV vaccine was relatively low,this maybe related with misuse of CSFV vaccine and the PCV2 infection.关键词
