Abstract
Based on the characteristics of the Zhanjiang Port,this paper analyzes the risks and possible consequences of pollution accidents caused by ships,expounds the scientific control strategy,and, according to the basic requirements of holding the rule,grasping the key elements,paying attention to the abnormalities,and taking effective preventive measures,presents some ideas for prevention and control of pollution from ships in the waters of Zhanjiang Port.关键词
