摘要
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to solve the problem that the costs for salvage and removal of wrecks and objects is not subject to the limitation of compensation liability for maritime claims,and to provide some relevant suggestion under the existing mechanism for solving the issue concerning costs for compulsory salvage or removal in China,with a view to solving the relevant issues.关键词
