摘要

Abstract

  Through integration with the PSC inspection database and based on the top-level design concept,this paper puts forward an intel igent supporting system for Port State Control inspection.This system wil realize the fol owing functions:automatic ship targeting,establishment of the PSC expert database,on-site video and voice communication,real-time reference to applicable conventions,generation and sending PSC inspection report,quality management of PSC officers and ship inspection data analysis.
