摘要

Abstract

Based on the principle of variable speed transmission and characteristics of double crank mechanism and ratchet wheel mechanism,we came up with a new type of continuous non—frictional mechanical CVT.The kinematic law was studied through methods of analytic geometry and mechanism synthesis,and the function of transmission ratio and mechanism parameters were established.Maximal transmission ratio was the objective of the mechanism; to reach this target means to obtain optimum parameters,the structural size,double crank's formation and limit of transmission angle were as constraints.A computer program was worked out successfully to determine these optimum parameters.
