摘要

Abstract

For improving product quality,variation transmission chain of key characteristics based on assembly oriented graph was studied,and the candidate lower key characteristics sets were established.The index in candidate key characteristics set was analyzed quantitatively by using DEMATEL method based on fuzzy theory.The quantified causal relationship among indexes and importance ranking were presented according to quantized results.The importance degree was used to identify key characteristics of this level.Finally,the proposed method was applied to thread trimmer mechanism,and the results suggest its feasibility and effectiveness.
