螺旋 CT 仿真内镜对上颌窦底的测量研究

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the value of spiral CT virtual endoscopy in measurement of maxillary sinus before or after sinus floor elevation. Methods: In 15 cases, maxillary sinuses were scanned and three dimensional reconstructed by spiral CT virtual endoscopy before and after the operation, sinus floor hard tissue covered the implant surface were measured on computed workstation. Results: The maxillary sinus morphosis were demonstrated by Spiral CT virtual endoscopy before surgery, the images were similar to the real endoscopic images. There were 9(60.0%) flat sinus floors, 4(26.7%) V-shaped sinus floors and 2 (13.3%) sinus septum in 15 cases. The average effective alveolar bone height was 6.5mm. All 21 implants were implanted and the "tent-like" maxillary sinus floors could be visible by spiral CT virtual endoscopy, the average thickness of sinus floor tissue covered the implant tip was 2.5 ± 0.8mm. Conclusion: Spiral CT virtual endoscopy is a noninvasive, duplicated and valuable procedure in maxillary sinus floor elevation.关键词
