Influencing Factors of Experiment Animals's Response in Chronic Psychological Stress
摘要
Abstract
The chronic psychological stress of the animals is the commonly used method to study human mental disorders,such as anxiety,depression and mood disorders.In animal experiments,the effects of chronic stress are extensive,lasting and complicated,including neuroendocrine system,immune system and behavior changes,the reasons of these changes can be divided into two aspects:①Stress source factors such as stress source type,stress intensity and stress time;②the NOT-Stress source factors,such as age,gender,species of laboratory animals.This paper discusses the influence of the two factors in the chronic psychological stress,so as to provide a reference for the future researches.关键词
