Abstract
Cell culture was made of the blueberry for its rapid propagation .Orthogonal design indicated that 1/3MS + 6-BA 1 .5mg/L + NAA 0 .2mg/L + ZT 1 .5 mg/L was the best culture medium to induce proliferation buds from its tuber .Propagation coefficient was eight times .The best culture medium for multiplication of cluster shoots was 1/4 MS + IBA 0 .5 mg/L .Rooting rate 100% ,every plant root 5-10 ;When micropropagated plantlets with well-developed root systems were transferred to planting bed of moss in a greenhouse ,80% of the plantlets survived .关键词
