摘要

Abstract

  In this paper ,the enzymatic method are used to degradation of Auricularia auricular olysaccharide .β-glucosidase enzyme degradation study of temperature ,pH ,enzyme dosage ,reaction time by check factors ra-tio of the pilot ,optimum design by Response surface method ,DNS determination the reducing of sugar re-lease .The results show that :when the polysaccharide concentration of 0 .3% ,temperature 55 ℃ ,pH value of 5 .5 ,reaction time 20min ,3mL of each polysaccharide glucosidase adding 0 .4mL of 0 .02% β-glucosidase ,After the response surface optimization optimum the best conditions were :degradation temperature 55 .9 ℃ ,pH val-ue of 5 .58 ,amount of enzyme 0 .475mL .
