摘要
Abstract
Anthocyanin in Lonicera edulis is studied from a new perspective in this paper .In selection of resins ,These anthocyanins are directly put into chromatography column and detected the concentration of the most concentration as an index by pH-differential spetrotometry ,the effect of D101 is better ;in chro-matographic effect factors ,we take the purification of the most concentration as an index to study the two key factors of the concentration of sample and eluting agent ,1 .5mg/mL of sample and 50% of ethanol e-lution is better .关键词
