Tissue Culture of Sorbus aucuparia in the Study of Nutrient Deficiency Symptoms
摘要
Abstract
Study of Sorbus aucupari nutrient deficiency symptoms by changing the culture medium ,de-signed to intuitive judgment for the production of test medium nutrient abundance and deficiency ,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the timely change of culture medium suitable for plant growth .Experi-mental results show that :The earliest symptoms of nutrient deficiency is the lack of the training ,fol-lowed by the lack of Mg training and lack of Ca training ;Lack of Fe training the Sorbus .关键词
