Abstract

  A Study on mixed juice drink of Actinidia arguta and A ralia mandshrica Processing Technology ,carry on the discussion to the processing process of Protecting green and choiceing Stabilizer ,Study on product formula through the orthogonal experiment .Determine the optimum formula of Mixed juice drink ,the Mixed juice drink Processing Technology of Health Care of Good taste and High Stability .
