Abstract
Objective To discuss the pathogeny,characteristics of incidence,species of pathogenic cosmetics of pigmented cosmetic dermatitis.Methods We analyzed the clinical characteristics of 48 cases with pigmented cosmetic dermatitis from our hospital outpatient department.Results 48 cases were female,which aged from 19 to 55,the average age was 36.5.There were 11 species and 152 kinds cosmetics involved,which most of them (75kinds,49.34％)were whitening and moisturizing cosmetics.At the same time,percentages of pigmented cosmetic dermatitis caused by beauty salon products are higher (23cases,47.92％) than others.There were 44 cases underwent follow-up,which their subjective symptoms were healed completely,but none of their pigmentation were healed by now.Conclusion Most of pigmented cosmetic dermatitis were caused by whitening cosmetics,percentages of caused by beauty salon products are higher.The pigmentation was difficult to recover,so we should pay more attention to pigmented cosmetic dermatitis.关键词
