烟草疫霉菌对剑麻重要防御酶活性影响的研究
Changes of Important Defensive Enzyme Activities in Sisal after Inoculation with Phytophthora Nicotianae
摘要
Abstract
Changes of the important defensive enzyme activities in sisal during inoculation with Phytophthora nicotianae was studied.The results showed that SOD,PPO and CAT contents of sisal (control group) without being inoculated with P.nicotianae didn' t change significantly in six days.The experiment also showed that SOD contents of sisal (treatment group) being inoculated with P.nicotianae alsodidn' t change significantly in six days,however PPO contents decreased firstly and then increased,and then decreased and increased again,and CAT contents didn' t change significantly in two days after the inoculation and increased after two days and reached the highest value in six days.关键词
