摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the effect of recurrent endometriosis after laparoscopy treated by levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine device (LNG-IUD).[Methods] 90 patients with recurrent endometriosis after laparoscopy were treated with LNG-IUD.The effect and side effects were compared 3,6,12 months after treatment.[Results] In 3,6,12 months after treatment,the score of dysmenorrheal,pelvic cavity tenderness and sexual intercourse pain decreased gradually,the volume of ovarian cyst lessened gradually,the level of CA125 decreased gradually (P ＜0.05).[Conclusions] LNG-IUD may effectively kill the pain of recurrent endometriosis,lessen the volume of ovarian cyst and less side effect.It's an effective,safe and high compliance method.关键词
