摘要
Abstract
[Objective] Traditional colostomy has many complications,affects the patients'life quality,while it can be reduced by extraperitoneal stoma.We used laparoscope to do Miles surgery and discuss whether or not it can raise the patients life quality and clinical curative effect.[Methods] Laparotomy Miles with laparoscopic Miles operation were compared to analyze the short and long term stoma complications and life quality of patients.[Results]The short and long term complications with laparoscope stoma operation were less than laparotomy,ADL score 2years DuckeS B,C stage were (69.3±12.2),(63.7±12.8),better than control group (59.3±13.3),(51.4±13.1) (P ≤0.05).[Conclusion] Stone complications of laparoscopic Miles operation are significantly lower than open type,and the former can effectively improve the life quality of patients.关键词
