Abstract
[Objective] To detect the significance of colposcopy and expression of PTEN and ki-67 in early diagnosis of cervical carcinoma.[Methods] 124 cases with cervix erosion were examined by colposcopy and biopsy.PTEN and ki-67 were examined by immunohistochemical staining.[Results] The diagnose accordance rate of CIN Ⅰ,CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ,cervical carcinoma by colposcopy with biopsy and pathology diagnosis were 76.5％,65.4％ and 100.0％.The diagnose accordance rate of cervical carcinoma was the highest,next CIN Ⅰ,CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ was the lowest.There were significantly different among them (x2=6.77,P ＜0.05).Expression of PTEN was decreased significantly from CIN CIN Ⅰ,CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲand invasive cervical carcinoma(P ＜0.05).Expression of ki-67 was increased significantly from CIN CIN Ⅰ,CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲand invasive cervical carcinoma(P ＜0.05).[Conclusion] The colposcopy and expression of PTEN and ki-67 can increase the diagnosis precision and can be used as important markers to distinguish benign cervical lesions.关键词
